This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or tracking pixels. Fonts are served from our own site, not from third parties. If we later add privacy-respecting visitor statistics or embedded videos, this page and our cookie controls will be updated first.
What personal data we handle
- Enquiries: if you phone, email or write to us (for example about a wedding, hall hire or a pooja), we use your details only to respond and arrange what you asked for.
- Donations & Gift Aid: Gift Aid declarations require your name, home address and confirmation you are a UK taxpayer; HMRC rules require us to keep them for six years.
- Photography: worship is personal. We do not publish photographs in which individuals are identifiable without their explicit consent — and for children, a parent's or guardian's explicit consent.
We do not sell or share personal data for marketing, and we do not send marketing without consent.
Your rights & complaints
You may ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain about our handling of it. Email info@bhamkalimandir.org (subject "Data protection complaint") or write to the address above — we will acknowledge within 30 days.
